Unlike the person before, I like the black background, it makes the portrait stand out more. Guess it depends on personal preferences

I don't know if I could recognize her without the title... but now I can actually see some similar details. The proportions seem to be right, more or less, although her left eye (on the right) seems to be a little to far away from the nose - which I can't say for sure, since I suck at proportions. The nose and lips look nice. Maybe you could use a little more contrast... But this version seems okay, too ;] About the eyes: the pupil of her right eye should be at the centre of the iris. Also, the more contrast in shading the eye, the more "alive" it seems. But all in all, it looks nice ;]

Gosh, I should go back to realistic portraits...
